다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Soji Class (所志類), among the old documents of the Joseon Dynasty, has the characteristics of petitions, and among them, Sangseomun (letter for asking to king) represents the best one aspect of local history as it includes a joint signature. The Sangseomun of Kim Seong-jung and son deals with the filial piety of two generations of the Kims of Gangneung who lived in Paju from the early Joseon Dynasty. It has been consulted by a governor and consists of the main text (本文), the jesa (題辭, an article by a governor), the name (着名), the written seal (手決), and stamp an official seal (踏印).
The historical value through the analysis of the Sangseomun is as follows.
First, it can be seen that through the sentence of filial piety and filial piety sangseomun, it not only promoted the enlightenment of the people, but also strengthened the proper function of national management. This is the result of consistent politicization of the importance of loyalty and filial piety in the 'Samgang-haengsildo' from the beginning of the Joseon Dynasty, and it has been further intensified after 2 wars (兩亂). Second, it is possible to understand the progress and benefits of the filial piety sangseomun that has been legislated since 'Gyeongguk Daejeon'. Third, although the narrative of Sangseomun consists of ordinary and non-routine events, a device has been prepared to increase objectivity. To this end, it emphasizes the relationship between teacher and pupil with scholar Park Se-chae and specifies witnesses to increase the realism. Fourth, it shows various forms of the written seal in the joint signature of Sangseomun and also shows the solidarity with nearby Confucian scholars.
Therefore, I believe that this paper will serve as a basis for a comprehensive study of regional old documents and expand the cultural significance at the viewpoint of regional history.

조선시대 고문서 중 소지류(所志類)는 청원과 진정서의 성격을 지니며 그중 상서문(上書文)은 연명(連名)을 포함하기에 지역사의 일면을 가장 잘 나타내고 있다. 김성중 부자(父子)의 상서문은 조선전기부터 후기에 이르기까지 파주에 세거한 강릉김씨 가문의 양대에 걸친 효행을 다룬 것이다. 경기관찰사에게 품의하여 처결받은 것으로 구성은 시면(始面), 기두(起頭), 본문(本文), 제사(題辭), 착명(着名), 수결(手決), 답인(踏印)으로 이뤄져 있다.
상서문의 분석을 통한 사료적 가치는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 효행기와 효행 상서문의 비교를 통해 볼 때, 백성의 교화를 진작함은 물론 국가관리의 순기능을 강화했음을 알 수 있다. 이는 국초부터 󰡔삼강행실도󰡕 등에서 충·효의 중요성을 일관되게 정책화시킨 결과며 양란(兩亂) 이후 더욱 심화되었다. 둘째, 󰡔경국대전󰡕 이후 법제화된 효행 상서문의 진행 과정과 혜택을 파악할 수 있다. 셋째, 상서문의 서사는 일상적, 비일상적인 사건으로 구성되어 있지만 여전히 객관성을 높이기 위한 장치가 마련되었다. 이를 위해 도학자인 박세채와의 사제관계를 강조하고 목격자를 명시하여 사실성을 높이고 있다. 넷째, 상서문의 연명에서 수결의 다양한 형태를 보여주고 인근 유학들과의 연대감을 보여준다.
따라서 본고는 지역의 고문서를 종합적으로 연구하는 기반이 되며 지역사의 관점에서 문화적 의미를 확장할 수 있을 것으로 믿는다.
