다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The following study aims how 4 old literatures, 『Haedongmyeongjangjeon』 (Hong Yang-ho, 1794) ․ 『Daedongjanggo』(Hong Gyeong-mo, ca. 1821) ․ 『Jeongodaebang』 (Kang Hyo-seok, ca. 1910) ․ 『Munheonpyeongo』 (Lee Jang- hun, 1923) handle the generals from Ancient to Goryeo era in figure composition and character. Upon a rating table showing included figures in each literature it reviews figure composition and characteristic in included frequency.
First, the 4 old literature, Haedongmyeongjangjeon ․ Daedongjanggo ․ Jeongodaebang ․ Munheonpyeongo contain respectively 9 ․ 7 ․ 13 ․ 13 generals from Ancient era and it is all 19 persons except repeated figures. For the Goryeo era each book contains respectively 22 ․ 24 ․ 22 ․ 22 figures and it is all 30 except repeated. With the 2(Goryeo) or 1(Ancient) differencial of the included figures Hae dongmyeongjangjeon & Daedongjanggo can be seen as the same.
As the result 4 literatures are to divided two different political position : 『Munheonpyeongo』 & 『Jeongodaebang』 incline to the Soron-Namin(少論-南人), whereas 『Haedongmyeongjangjeon』 & 『Daedongjanggo』 to the Sein-Noron(西人-老論).
Second, the figures who in all 4 literatures described are for the Ancient era 3, namely ‘Kim Yu-sinㆍEulji MundeokㆍYang Man-chun’ and for the Goryeo era 15, that are Yu Geum-pil ․ Yang GyuㆍGang Gam-chanㆍYun GwanㆍO Yeon-chongㆍKim Bu-sikㆍJo ChungㆍKim Chwi-ryeoㆍPak Seo ㆍKim Gyeong-sonㆍKim Bang-gyeongㆍHan Hui-yuㆍJeong Se-unㆍAn U ․ Choe Yeong’.
The figures noted for Goryeo era in 3 literatures are just 2 people : Seo Hui and Ji Chae-mun’. As the Ancient figures 『Haedongmyeongjangjeon』 & 『Daedongjanggo』 refer 6 persons from Ancient era : ‘Bubunno ․ Simna ․ Sona ․ Heukchi Sang-ji ․ Jang Bo-go ․ Jeong Nyeon’ while 『Jeongodaebang』 & 『Munheonpyeongo』 mension 10 : ‘Geochilbu ․ Sagi ․ Biryeongja ․ Ondal ․ Kim Baek-jeong(King Jinpyeong) ․ Kim Chun-chu(King Taejong Muyeol) ․ Gyebaek ․ Im Gangsu(强首) ․ Kim In-mun ․ Kim Am’. For the Goryeo era 『Haedongmyeongjangjeon』 & 『Daedongjanggo』 include 8 persons : ‘Lee Ja-seong ․ Won Chung-gap ․ Kim deuk-bae ․ Lee Bang-sil ․ An U-kyeong ․ Jeong Ji ․ Song Mun-ju ․ Choe Un-hae’, whereas 『Jeongodaebang』 & 『Munheonpyeongo』 5 : ‘Sin Sung-kyeom ․ Kim Rak ․ Mun Gwan ․ Gang Geuk ․ Cheok Jun-gyeong’. The figure from Ancient era ‘Bubunno ․ Jeong Nyeon’ and from Goryeo era ‘song Mun-ju ․ Choe Un-hae are just mentioned in 1 literature.
The figures who are included in all 4 literature won the unified war of Three Kingdoms in Ancient period or fought in the Later Three Kingdoms and war against foreign powers as well in Goryeo era in common. The general expectation that these people have a lot to do with outstanding achievement in a battle matches up well.
To conclude, it is reconfirmed then again in this study that the general literature of all time such as 『Haedongmyeongjangjeon』 reflect nothing else than the awareness of time. It is therefore the task of the present-day Military Historian to select the generals of the Ancient to Goryeo era upon synthetic and systematic discussion covered War and Military history.
