ABSTRACT

China and South Korea have always been the two countries of a close relationship, historically which have been mutually influenced. In this dissertation, the existing cultural heritage in Xi’an city of China and Gyeongju city of South Korea is investigated and analysed, and its utilization also is studied in the two cities. First of all, the two cities own the extensive cultural heritage of thousands years. Furthermore, nowadays the two cities create an economic wonder by the protection and exploitation of the extensive cultural heritage. Therefore, the investigation of cultural heritage has much significance in the development of cultural industries.
In the present thesis, the existing cultural heritage in Xi’an city and Gyeongju city is reviewed and known through the summarization to the representative cases, moreover, the present status of the protection of the cultural heritage and the cultural industries is described.
Based on different characters between Xi’an city and Gyeongju city, the characteristic points are investigated by comparison, and the developing direction of the cultural industries in the future is analysed. Even though there are lots of common characters and differences in the extensive cultural heritage of the two cities, in the development of the cultural industries and the two cities there is considerable differences.
In Xi’an city, the feature restoration of the cultural heritage is doing in full swing. Especially for large cultural sites the original appearance is trying to restore. Then, the tourism is stimulated and the development of new industries is promoted by the historical characteristics of the cultural sites, such as film and television industries. However, in Gyeongju city, the sightseeing is main. By designing the tourist routes is to attract large numbers of tourists, and producing beautiful postcards and other cultural goods is to sale, and so on. In a word, these are the successful cases in the development of cultural industries.
In the end of this thesis, the required prerequisites are summarized in the development of cultural industries. Firstly, some conflicts are inevitable between the protection of cultural heritage and the development of cultural industries, therefore searching solutions of the conflicts is very important. Secondly, the ongoing development of cultural industries must be around the sound industrial system. Thirdly, the sustainable development is necessary to be insisted in cultural industries. Finally, the theoretical research of cultural industries must be developed and promoted.
To sum up, in this thesis the development of cultural industries is investigated based on the comparison between Xi’an city and Gyeongju city. The two cities are good proofs in successfully developing instances of cultural industries using the advantages of cultural heritage. Therefore, each city may create economic interests by the advantages of owned resources.

中國和韓國曆來都是關系密切的兩個國家,在曆史上一直相互影響著.本論文對中國的西安和韓國的慶州兩個城市所現存的文化遺迹經行了調查和整理,以及對現今兩個城市怎樣對文化遺迹經行活用的現象經行了研究.作爲擁有大量文化遺迹,遺址的西安和慶州,不僅通過文化遺迹,遺址來印證了自己千年曆史的位置,同時在現今更是通過對文化遺迹的保護和開發創造了經濟的奇迹.因此在文化産業發展的角度上來說,對于文化遺迹的研究就顯得尤爲重要.
在本論文中,通過對西安和慶州的代表文化遺迹的概括和總結,對現存的文化遺迹經行了再一次的回顧和認識,同時也對文化遺迹的保護以及文化遺迹的産業化發展的現狀有了進一步的了解.通過西安和慶州城市自身的不同特點展開了兩都市文化産業發展特色的比較研究,並且對兩個曆史古都今後發展方向經行了解析.兩個都市雖然都具有深厚的曆史文化背景,但是文化遺迹所內含特色有著很多共同點和不同點,以此爲基礎,文化遺迹産業化的發展過程中,兩個城市的發展也存在著相當的差異.
西安市在文化遺産和遺迹的複原工作上做得如火如荼,尤其對于大型文化遺址則盡量還原其原貌,以此帶動旅遊業或是運用文化遺迹所展現的曆史特色來促進新型産業的發展，如電影和電視業發展.而慶州則以文化遺迹的觀光爲主,制定旅遊路線,以此來吸引大量的遊客前來旅遊.同時利用文化遺迹的形象外觀來制作精美的如明信片等文化商品經行銷售等,這些都是通過文化遺迹經行文化産業化發展的成功事例.
在本文的最後也提到了,對于西安和慶州兩個城市在文化遺迹産業化發展的過程中一定要遵循的先行條件: 第一,對文化遺迹的保護和對文化遺迹經行開發活用的過程中難免有著一定得矛盾沖突,因此對于找到解決這個矛盾的方案事關重要.第二,圍繞健全的産業體制行進綜合性有深度的文化遺迹資源的開發活動.第三，堅守文化遺迹産業化得可持續性發展.第四,發展和促進文化遺迹産業化的理論研究.
本論文以西安和慶州爲中心,對文化遺迹産業化活用的發展經行了比較研究.以此爲例,可以說明現今社會每個城市都可以運用自身的資源優勢來創造經濟利益.西安和慶州以活用文化遺迹這個資源優勢大力發展了新型文化産業的實例就是很好的證明.

중국과 한국 두 나라, 시안과 경주의 두 역사도시는 역사 속에서 서로 연관성을 가지고 지속적으로 영향을 주고받았기 때문에 본 논문에서는 정확한 역사유적에 대한 조사와 또는 역사유적을 활용하고 있는 현황에 대한 연구를 하고자 하였다. 다양한 문화유적과 유적지들은 역사도시로서의 시안과 경주, 두 도시의 정체성을 입증하는 찬란한 역사의 증거물이 되고 있을 뿐만 아니라 문화유적에 대한 강력한 보호와 개발을 통하여 새로운 경제적 발전의 동기가 될 수 있는 가능성을 가지고 있다. 따라서 문화산업의 측면에서 문화유적에 대한 연구가 진행되는 것은 지극히 당연한 현상이다.
본 논문에서 두 도시는 비록 고도라는 동일한 역사 문화를 가지고 있지만, 그 유적의 특성에는 공통점과 차이점이 존재한다. 그래서 본 논문 제3장에서 자세히 두 지역에 남아 있는 문화유적을 조사하고 정리하였다. 그리고 역사적, 문화적인 점을 나누어 시안과 경주의 문화유적에 대한 공통점과 차이점을 연구하였다.
이러한 공통점과 차이점으로 인하여 두 도시의 문화유적의 문화산업적 활용도 각기 다음과 같이 차이를 보인다.
먼저 시안시는 문화유산과 유적 복원의 확대시행으로 시안시에 존재하는 많은 문화유적의 모습을 문화유적이 성행할 당시의 모습으로 재현하고 있었고, 이러한 문화유적의 역사적 특성을 활용하여 영화, 드라마와 같은 새로운 문화매체로 발전시키고 있었다.
다음 경주는 문화유적 관광을 중심으로 관광코스를 운영하고 있으며 관광객의 다양한 욕구에 부합하기 위해 테마별, 일정별 프로그램으로 나누어 운영하고 있었다. 또한 문화유적의 이미지를 활용하여 문화유적과 유물을 담은 엽서와 유표 등을 문화 상품으로 개발하여, 수익을 창출하고 있었으며, 문화유적 답사프로그램, 문화주제공원 등을 통해서 문화유적의 문화산업적 활용이라는 성공적인 사례를 보여주고 있었다.
또한 이러한 공통점과 차이점을 바탕으로 하여 두 도시의 문화유적을 문화산업으로 개발하기 위해서 다음과 같은 점이 반드시 전제되어야 한다.
첫째, 유적지 보호와 이용이라는 모순적 상황에 해법을 제시하는 문화유적 문화산업의 발전 모델이 필요하다. 둘째, 완벽한 산업시스템의 구축으로 문화유적자원의 종합적이고 심도 있는 개발 추진한다. 셋째, 합리적인 산업구조 연구를 통해 문화유적 문화산업의 지속가능한 발전을 실현한다. 넷째, 유적산업 연구를 통한 문화산업의 이론 정립과 발전을 추진한다 등의 네 가지 방안이다.
이상과 같은 연구를 통해 시안과 경주를 중심으로 문화유적의 문화산업적 활용에 관한 비교 연구를 진행하였고 이런 과정을 통해서 도시마다 가지고 있는 자원을 활용하고 경제적인 이익을 창출하는 방법을 찾게 되었다. 시안과 경주의 경우에 진행하고 있는 문화유적의 자원화와 활용은 새로운 문화산업의 발전 형식으로서 중요하게 여겨지고 있다. 이를 통해 문화유적의 문화산업화의 중요성에 대한 인식을 확고히 할 수 있는 중요한 계기를 마련하였다. 시안과 경주의 역사와 대표적 문화유적 개괄을 통해서는 현재 존재하고 있는 문화유적을 다시 한 번 되돌아 볼 수 있는 기회를 마련하였고, 아울러 문화유적에 대한 보호, 유지의 중요성 및 문화유적의 문화산업의 다양한 현대적 활용과 현황에 대하여 알아보았다. 또한 시안과 경주 두 도시의 공통점과 차이점을 통해서 두 도시의 문화산업적 특성을 비교하였으며, 이에 따른 경제적 성과를 알아보고 더 나아가 두 도시의 향후 미래 발전의 방향을 제시하였다.
