본 문집의 저본은 1585년 정산(定山)에서 간행된 초간본을 필사(筆寫)한 것으로, 원집 2권, 부록 합 2책(108판)의 사본(寫本)이다.

○ 本集은 十省堂 嚴昕(1508 : 中宗3 ~ 1543 : 中宗38)의 文集이다.
○ 本集은 1585年 定山에서 初刊本이 刊行된 후에 日本人에 의해 筆寫된 傳寫本이다.
○ 分量은 2卷ㆍ附錄 合 2冊으로 總 108板이다.
○ 本 影印底本은 日本 內閣文庫藏本(圖書番號 : 古10729)을 촬영한 國立中央圖書館 所藏 마이크로필름(필름番號:古M3644-45)으로서 半葉은 10行 18字이고 半郭의 크기는 17.4×12.7(㎝)이다.
